Restora Home Co. is a referral and lead-generation platform. Restora does not perform cleaning services. Services are provided by independent third-party cleaning professionals. Customers are responsible for selecting and contracting with their chosen service provider.
No employment or agency relationship
Cleaning professionals introduced through Restora are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Restora Home Co. Restora does not supervise, direct, or control their work, pricing, scheduling, staff, or results.
Using the site
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request or application, and to use the site only for lawful purposes. We may decline or remove any request or application at our discretion.
Quotes and pricing
Any price, estimate, or availability is set by the independent cleaning professional, not by Restora. Requesting quotes through Restora is free and creates no obligation for you to hire anyone.
Cleaning company applications
Submitting a partner application does not create a partnership. Applications are reviewed manually and are never approved automatically. Partners remain solely responsible for their licensing, insurance, staff, taxes, and the services they deliver.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restora Home Co. is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, or dissatisfaction arising from services performed by, or arrangements made with, an independent cleaning professional.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
