Who we are
Restora Home Co. is a referral and lead-generation platform serving the Phoenix metro area, including Scottsdale and the West Valley. We connect people who need house cleaning, commercial cleaning, or short-term rental cleaning with independent local cleaning professionals. Restora does not perform cleaning services.
What we collect
When you submit a cleaning request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city or ZIP code, the type of cleaning you need, and the details you share about the property, schedule, and anything you write in a notes or message field. When a cleaning business joins the partner network, we collect the business name, contact name, business phone and email, website or social page, years in business, service area, the service categories offered, and the business details provided in the form.
How we use it
Customer request details are used to match your request with independent cleaning professionals serving your area and to follow up about that request. Partner information is used to review the business, confirm the areas and services it covers, and share matching lead opportunities.
Sharing
To make a match, we share the details of a cleaning request with one or more independent cleaning professionals serving that area. Partner business details are not published on the site and are shared only as needed to operate the referral network. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for unrelated advertising.
Independent providers
Once a request is shared, the independent cleaning professional communicates with you directly and keeps its own customer records under its own privacy practices. Restora does not control how a provider stores or uses information after an introduction is made.
Storage and retention
Requests and partner information are stored securely in our systems and kept only as long as needed to make introductions, follow up, and maintain accurate business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing restorahomeco@yahoo.com. If you would rather not be contacted again, tell us and we will stop.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
